How does Josgemz protect me from fake or substandard products?

Josgemz has a formal Authentic Items Policy that prohibits the sale of counterfeit items, and our team continuously monitors items offered for sale. Sellers who are found to violate the policy may be banned from selling on Josgemz. If you suspect an item displayed on the website is not authentic, please contact trustandsafety@Josgemz.com.

I just received my order and something is wrong, what should I do? What can I expect?

If you recently received your order and something is wrong, please email help@Josgemz.com or call 0901 120 2011 and provide details. Depending on the exact issue different resolutions can occur. But in all cases, Josgemz will offer support and will try to work with the seller to offer a resolution quickly, such as a repair, replacement, refund upon return, instant refund, or other form of compensation as applicable.

Refund Policy

All our products come with 100% guarantee from the Manufacturers

We offer 7-day (from the date of receipt) Money Back for all products sold on our website. If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, we will issue full refund minus cost of shipping item to you. We do NOT charge a restocking fee!

The following conditions must be met in order for you to receive the full refund:

  • Call or email us and we will issue you a return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be marked clearly on the front of the package and sent to us with the original invoice of the product.
  • Item must be in its original condition showing no signs of wear, damage, or alternation.
  • All original accessories shipped must be returned.
  • In case of defects found, only factory defects are accepted as the reason of return. No refund is given if defect is caused by misuse of buyers.
  • Item returned must be shipped within 7 days of receiving it. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping it to us. Return shipping methods by priority mail or register mail for items with Customs declaration less than $20 and FedEx or UPS for more expensive items. If not, the buyer should be responsible for any issue.
  • If you are returning a customized item (resizing, design modification, or design reproduction), a $30 fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once our Jewelry experts have inspected your return, you will get a full refund at once.
  • Please also note: 1. You are responsible for shipping and insurance 2. Shipping charges are non-refundable

In order to serve you better, please carefully read the guideline below.

  1. Please contact your consultant to check a product before you place your order. Sometimes the ring size you choose may not be available due to the large volume of sales so we may need to make it according to the ring size you have chosen.
  2. Please leave a message as regards the ring size you want in US standard when you place the order, or we can’t deliver the ring.
  3. The time required to customize Jewelry is normally between 13 and 20 business days.
  4. Import duties, taxes and charges are buyer’s responsibility. In order to avoid customs duties, we will declare the price of our product about USD 8-20. 
  5. Delivery to some countries normally takes about 20-35 working days by normal registered mail, it may be longer due to customs clearance at airport. Sometimes customs of your country will contact you to ask for few clearance documents, you can email us for related invoices.
  6. If you want to cancel the order which is under customizing, and you request particular laser engraving, you need to pay US 20.00 as cost of elimination

Customer Services After Purchase

We offer a wide range of services for each item. Please specify your needs after purchasing and we will send you an updated invoice.

  1. Ring Re-size: please specify any size between size 5 to 9. A surcharge of $10 -$15 will be added.
  2. Design Modification: All semi-mountings can be modified to fit a specific size/shape centre stone. Please send us the size/shape you are looking for and we will be glad to give you a quote. Note all design modification will require an extra week to finish.
  3. Diamond & Metal Upgrade: All diamonds used in the settings can be upgraded to full cut, VS/VVS clarity. Metal upgrade to 18K White/Yellow/Rose gold is also available upon request. We also offer two-toned design for most settings. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in this service and we will be glad to give you a quote.
  4. Design Reproduction: If you want a design that is not currently available in our store, we will be happy to work with you to reproduce it. We guarantee the craftsmanship will be equal to all items you see in our store.
  5. Mounting Services: We offer free mounting services for all items bought in our store. Please contact us to arrange safe shipping of your gem stone. Our Jewelers have over 10 years of experience in handling gem stones.

How To Measure Your Ring Size?

Method 1

  • Step1. Wrap a piece of paper around your finger which you choose to wear the ring.
  • Step2.   Mark the point where the paper exactly meets the other part.
  • Step3.  Measure the marked paper to get the perimeter of your finger. Then check our ring size chart and find the right one in US standard.

Method 2

Measurement Tip:

Use the standard ruler or soft ruler to measure the inside diameter of the ring without deformation in millimetres (mm), excluding the position of the ring arm. Inside diameter: excluding the position of ring arm.

Woman size: no more than US size 8 is free Over the size range you need to pay extra fees: 18K white gold ring: USD8.00 for each additional 0.5 US size. PT950 ring:US16.00 for each additional 0.5 US size.

Man size: no more than US size 10.5 is free Over the size range you need to pay extra fees: 18K white gold ring: USD 16.00 for each additional 0.5 US size. PT950 ring:US32.00 for each additional 0.5 US size.

Shipping

Shipping to USA, CA, AU, EURO is free via Express Mail Service (EMS), and usually takes 5-7days since dispatch to reach most destinations.

If you need the item sooner, we can ship via FEDEX. Extra shipping charge will apply.

About Shipment

  1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)
  2. Orders processed timely after the payment verification. 
  3. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
  4. The images shown are not the actual item and are for your reference only.
  5. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
  6. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
  7. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.
  8. In order to ensure you receive your item tax free upon import, we will declare it as a “Gift” or “Sample” if possible and Each parcel will be declared value less than 20 if you need us in a lower declare value, please leave a message in the order.

Warranty And Return Policy

  1. All electronic items will be tested before shipping out to ensure quality.
  2. 6 months warranty on all electronic items unless otherwise stated.
  3. Pls contact JOSGEMZ.COM before returning the products. We will either refund or replace upon receipt of the defective items. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
